Nature’s harmony at Villa Riihiranta
Villa Riihiranta is like a hotel room, with private sauna, by the lake. It is located only 300 meters from Taulun Kartano main house, but ensconced in its own peaceful privacy.
Here you can enjoy privacy and quietness of the lake. You’ll have also a row boat available for use.
Villa Riihiranta offers all amenities indoors. A private sauna & wash-room and bedroom with a lake view, a front porch for relaxing and cooling off after a sauna. Riihiranta also has a refrigerator, water kettle and microwave. There is a small log pavilion on the shore with a small grouping for meals. The shore also has a campfire spot.
The accommodation price at Villa Riihiranta is 170 euros per day, without breakfast. You can book a breakfast (25 e / person) and house dinner at Taulun Kartano (45 e / person). Please notice that meals must be booked in advance.
Reservations and payments
It is easy to make a booking and payment on our own website. If you wish we can make the reservation for you and send the payment link by email for you.
The payment online is handled with Paytrail transfer service and when it is done, customer will receive confirmation.
The reservation is confirmed when the customer has paid the initial price (100 % of the cottage rental price) by the due date. If the overall length of the reservation is less than a week, it will be invoiced in advance in its entirety and must be paid in full within 14 days of the date of invoice.
Cancellation terms
Cancellations must always be done in writing (email). A reservation is considered cancelled when the Taulu Estate receives notice of the cancellation. If the cancellation is made less than 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, the cost of the entire holiday will be charged.
The afore-mentioned notwithstanding, the customer has the right to received reimbursement from the Taulu Estate, with the exception of the deposit and handling fee 25% , if the customer or a member of the customer’s household is taken ill, has an accident or dies. In such cases the Taulu Estate must be notified without delay and reliable proof must be provided, for example a doctor’s certificate. If a holiday is cancelled when it is already underway no reimbursement will be made.
